Verification comes first
Every candidate profile is built around verification rather than self-reported claims.
- Blue-collar licensed roles require an identity document and a certificate whose issuing authority is checked by our review team.
- Blue-collar experience-based roles require reference checks and a short skill-demonstration video.
- White-collar roles are verified through employment history and professional profile checks.
All verification decisions pass through a manual review queue. Automated checks assist reviewers; they never replace them.
Two regions, separate rules
Hirecta operates in India and the UAE/Gulf. The region is selected at signup and drives pricing, currency, payout rails and local verification expectations.
Privacy by design
Candidate documents, identity papers, certificates and skill videos are private. Employers never see contact details from a profile — conversations happen inside Hirecta after the candidate accepts a chat request. Only employer job listings are public.
