These terms govern your use of Hirecta. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally permitted to work or to hire in the region you select at signup. Your region is fixed at signup and determines pricing, currency and payout rules. One account per person or per hiring entity; accounts may not be shared or resold.
2. How contact works
Only employers can start a conversation. Candidates cannot apply to listings or initiate chats. A chat request stays pending until the candidate accepts or declines, or until it times out. Accepting a chat is the candidate's choice, and declining carries no penalty.
3. Chat tokens and subscriptions
Employers spend a chat token to send a chat request. Tokens and job-posting limits depend on the plan and region. A token is credited back when a request is declined or expires unanswered. Tokens are a platform feature, not currency, and hold no cash value.
4. Verification
Verification means our review team checked the documents and references submitted to us. It is not a guarantee of a person's conduct, competence or continued eligibility, and it is not a background-check or employment-screening service. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions and for any statutory checks their role requires.
5. Content you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit, including job details, work history, certificates and references. Submitting forged documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting a role may result in immediate suspension.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Hirecta to demand payment from candidates for jobs, to advertise roles you are not authorised to hire for, to harvest contact details, to harass other users, or to scrape the platform. We may remove listings, restrict features, or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Agencies
Agencies may represent candidates only with the candidate's explicit, recorded consent. A candidate can withdraw consent at any time, which unpublishes their agency-managed profile.
8. Availability of the service
We aim to keep Hirecta available and accurate, but the platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that a listing will be filled, or that a candidate will find a role.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, presents a fraud or safety risk, or is required to be closed by law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hirecta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or lost hiring opportunities, arising from use of the platform.
11. Governing law
For accounts in the India region, these terms are governed by the laws of India. For accounts in the UAE/Gulf region, they are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date on this page, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
